FLORA FLOURISH
The hot and wet climate of tropical Malaysia encourages the growth of many floral plants. The flora comes in a variety of colours, shapes and sizes. Approximately 20,000 different species of flowering plants are found in the country of Malaysia, says Flower Hawaii.
Most Malaysian tropical flowers are found in Sabah and Sarawak because of the rich soil, but the entire country is full of different flowers and flowering plants and trees. The highlands boasts more of the temperate flowers like carnations, daisies and chrysanthemums while those on the lower altitude are sturdier and can withstand the heat.
I would try to take shots of the roadside flowers during my road trips. They are unashamed in calling for my attention.
